NAD+ Injections in Port St. Lucie, FL
Cellular energy, not a caffeine hit.
People come in for this one when they're running at a lower gear than they used to and want to do something about it. NAD+ is a coenzyme your cells rely on to turn food into usable energy and to carry out repair, and levels fall as you age.
We give it subcutaneously, just under the skin, on a schedule of two or three injections a week at our Port St. Lucie office. Before any of that, there's bloodwork and screening, because this isn't something we start on a hunch.
From $299 a month for two injections a week, or $399 a month for three. Frequency and dose are set by your provider. Labs are required first and billed separately.

What it is
What NAD+ does, and what we actually know.
Here's an honest look at what it does and what we know.
What it is
A coenzyme present in every cell, used in the reactions that turn food into energy and in cellular repair.
Why levels matter
NAD+ declines with age, and that decline is one of the threads longevity research keeps pulling on.
Energy and recovery
People most often ask about it for fatigue, mental clarity, and recovering from heavy training or a demanding stretch.
Given under the skin
Subcutaneous rather than into the muscle, with a very small needle. The injection itself takes about a minute.
Dosed on a schedule
Two or three times a week rather than once in a while, which is how the protocols we follow are built. Your provider sets the rhythm.
Labs come first
Bloodwork and screening before your first injection, so the decision to start is based on your numbers rather than a hunch.
Pricing
What NAD+ injections cost in Port St. Lucie.
Two monthly options, both given in our office. Your provider decides which one fits.
Two injections a week
From $299 a month
Two visits a week for the month, given subcutaneously in our Port St. Lucie office. This is the starting-dose price.
Three injections a week
From $399 a month
Three visits a week for the month, same setup. Also priced at the starting dose.
Both prices are set at starting doses. If your provider titrates your dose up over time, the monthly price reflects that, and you'll know before it changes. Labs and screening are required before your first injection and are billed to you separately by the lab. NAD+ is self-pay and isn't covered by insurance or the Luma membership.
Good to know
What we want you to know going in.
- Labs and screening come first. Before your first injection we run bloodwork and go through your history to make sure NAD+ is a reasonable fit. The lab bills you for that part separately.
- Every injection happens in our office. That's two or three visits a week, so it's worth making sure the drive and the schedule actually work for you before you start.
- These prices cover starting doses. If your provider moves your dose up over time, the monthly price moves with it. You'll hear that from us ahead of time, not on a bill.
- Frequency and dose are your provider's call. Cabrini sets both from your labs, your history, and how you respond. The packages are a starting point rather than a menu.
- NAD+ isn't an FDA-approved product, and the evidence behind it is still developing. It's promising, it isn't settled, and you deserve to hear both parts.
- This isn't treatment for a medical condition. If fatigue is the real issue, it's worth ruling out thyroid, anemia, sleep apnea, and depression first, and the labs we run are a good start on that.
How it works
What starting NAD+ looks like here.

We go over your results together
If NAD+ makes sense for you, Cabrini sets your starting dose and how often you'll come in, and explains why.
Come in for your injections
Two or three times a week. Each one is a small injection under the skin and takes about a minute, so visits are short.
We adjust as we go
Dose and frequency change based on how you're responding, and we'll tell you what any change does to your price first.

Questions, answered.
What does NAD+ cost here?
Two injections a week starts at $299 a month, and three a week starts at $399 a month. Both are priced at starting doses. Labs and screening are required before you begin and the lab bills you for those separately.
Why do I need labs before I start?
Because we want to know it's a reasonable thing for you before you pay for a month of it. The bloodwork and screening tell your provider whether NAD+ is appropriate, and sometimes they turn up a simpler explanation for how you've been feeling. The lab bills you directly for that part.
Is this a shot in the arm, and what does it feel like?
It's given subcutaneously, which means just under the skin with a very small needle, rather than deep into the muscle. Most people feel a quick pinch and nothing after. Some feel briefly flushed or a little uncomfortable, and that passes.
Can I just try one injection?
Not for this one. NAD+ is dosed on a repeating schedule, so we offer it as a monthly program rather than a single shot. If you'd like something you can come in for once, the other vitamin injections work that way.
Who decides my dose and how often I come in?
Your provider does, based on your labs, your history, and how you're responding. The two packages are a starting point rather than a menu to pick from, and Cabrini will explain why she's choosing what she chooses.
What happens to the price if my dose goes up?
It goes up with it. The package prices cover starting doses, so if your provider titrates you higher over time, the monthly price reflects that. You'll hear about it from us before anything changes, never on an invoice.
How is this different from an NAD+ IV?
An IV delivers a large dose over a few hours in one sitting. This approach gives smaller doses more often, which takes minutes per visit instead of an afternoon.
Does NAD+ actually work?
NAD+ isn't an FDA-approved product, and the research on NAD+ and aging is active but not settled. We'll tell you what's known and what isn't rather than making claims the evidence doesn't support.
Can I use insurance or my membership?
No. NAD+ is self-pay, and it isn't part of the Luma membership.
