Vitamin D3 Injections in Port St. Lucie, FL
Yes, even in Florida.
If you've been told your vitamin D was low, or you're run down through the darker months, this is a quick way to do something about it. Low vitamin D is common even here, since we spend our days indoors and wear sunscreen when we don't.
D3 supports immune function, bone health, and mood. The visit takes about fifteen minutes at our Port St. Lucie office.
$35 a shot, or about $27 a shot when you buy a 12-pack.

What it does
Why Vitamin D3 matters more than people think.
A quick shot in the upper arm, and here's what it's for.
Immune function
Vitamin D plays a direct role in your immune response, which is why low levels get attention before travel and through the winter.
Bone health
Your body can't absorb calcium properly without enough vitamin D, which makes it foundational for bone strength over time.
Mood and energy
Low vitamin D is associated with low mood and fatigue, and plenty of people describe the difference as feeling less flat.
Common even in sunny places
Indoor work, sunscreen, and darker skin tones all reduce how much vitamin D you actually make from the sun.
Why a shot
An injection delivers the dose directly, which helps if remembering a daily supplement has been a challenge.
Quick and simple
A small shot in the upper arm with nothing to recover from.

Good to know
What we want you to know going in.
- This is a wellness injection, not treatment for diagnosed deficiency. Real deficiency deserves labs and a plan in primary care.
- Your first shot starts with a brief evaluation. Your nurse practitioner reviews your history and writes the order before it's given.
- Vitamin D is fat soluble. It builds up rather than clearing quickly, so more isn't better and the interval matters.
- If you want to know your level, a simple blood test answers it, and we can order one in primary care.
- Please tell us what you already take. We don't want to add a shot on top of a high daily supplement.
- Please mention kidney disease or a calcium disorder. Both change what's appropriate for you.

Is this right for you
Who Vitamin D3 injections are for.
A good fit if you
- Work indoors most of the day, which is most of us
- Have been told your vitamin D was low before
- Want immune and bone support without remembering a daily pill
- Feel flat through darker months or after a stretch of travel
This may not be what you need if you
- Are being treated for a diagnosed deficiency. That belongs in primary care with labs.
- Already take a high-dose daily vitamin D supplement
- Can't come into either office, since injections are in-clinic only

Questions, answered.
What does a Vitamin D3 injection cost?
$35 a shot. Packs are $125 for four, $230 for eight, and $320 for twelve, and they cover B12, Vitamin D3, or Tri-Immune in any combination.
Do I need bloodwork first?
Not for a wellness injection. If you want to know your actual level, that's a simple lab we can order as part of a primary care visit.
How often should I get one?
Less often than B12. Vitamin D is fat soluble, so it builds up rather than clearing quickly, and we'll recommend a sensible interval for you.
Can I get this if I already take a supplement?
Tell us what you take and how much. If your daily dose is already high, you may not need another route.
Do I need an appointment?
Yes. This is a prescription medication, so your nurse practitioner reviews your history and writes the order before it's given.
Can I get this by video?
No. Injections are given in the office, either in Port St. Lucie or Greenacres.
Can I use insurance or my membership?
No. Vitamin injections are self-pay, and they aren't part of the Luma membership.
