Primary Care in Port St. Lucie, FL
A provider who knows your whole story.
Looking for a provider who will actually be yours? Someone who knows your history, has time for your questions, and is still there next year? That's what we built this practice to be.
Primary care here means longer visits, room to talk through what's really going on, and the same provider remembering you next time. Checkups and prevention, blood pressure, diabetes, thyroid, mental health, and whatever you've been meaning to mention.
We take insurance for primary care. Paying yourself? Your first visit is $160 and follow-ups are $98.

What's covered
What we look after.
The routine, the ongoing, the paperwork your surgeon needs, and the things that are easier to say out loud once someone knows you.
Checkups and physicals
A yearly look at the whole picture, from your vitals and history to the screenings that make sense at your age.
Screening before there's a problem
Blood pressure, cholesterol, blood sugar, and thyroid, with a plan for what we do if a number comes back off.
Blood pressure and cholesterol
Regular check-ins, medication adjusted when it needs to be, and repeat bloodwork so your numbers are followed rather than assumed.
Type 2 diabetes
Monitoring, medication management, and changes that fit how you actually eat and live, with your weight considered alongside your A1c.
Thyroid and the symptoms that come with it
Evaluation and ongoing management, including the fatigue, weight changes, and mood shifts that come with it.
Anxiety, depression, and sleep
Treated as part of your health, so you don't have to go find somewhere else to talk about it.
Your medications
Reviewed, adjusted, and refilled as part of your care, sent to whatever pharmacy is closest to you.
Referrals and follow-through
When you need a specialist, imaging, or a procedure, we help you get there and stay involved in what happens next.
Clearance before surgery
If your surgeon needs you cleared first, we do the exam, order the labs and EKG they asked for, and send the paperwork over. Book a couple of weeks ahead when you can, so nothing holds up your date.
After a car accident
Neck pain, back pain, headaches, or soreness that showed up a day or two later. We examine you, order imaging if you need it, and handle the documentation, including an Emergency Medical Condition evaluation when one applies. Florida gives you 14 days to be seen.
Insurance
Use your insurance, or pay the posted price.
Primary care visits can be billed to your insurance. If you're uninsured, out of network, or you'd just rather not deal with claims, the self-pay prices below are what you pay, and they don't change.
Not sure whether your plan is accepted? Call or text 561-277-0936 and we will check before you book.
Pricing
Self-pay prices, posted before you book.
If you're not using insurance, this is the whole price, so there's nothing to wonder about later.
Your first visit
$160
The longest visit you'll have with us. Your full history, your medications, your concerns, and the plan we build together.
Follow-up visits
$98 per visit
Checking in on a chronic condition, going over labs, adjusting medication, or working through something new.
Labs are billed separately by the lab. Prescriptions go to whatever pharmacy you choose. If you're in often, the membership below covers your visits for $125 a month.
Good to know
What we want you to know going in.
- Primary care works best over time. The first visit sets the plan, and most of the progress happens in the visits after it.
- Some visits really do need to be in person. Physical exams and anything hands-on happen at our Port St. Lucie office.
- Lab fees come from the lab, so they arrive as a separate charge from your visit. We'll tell you what to expect before anything is ordered.
- We aren't an emergency room. For chest pain, trouble breathing, or signs of a stroke, please call 911 right away.
- Bring your medication list, or just take a photo of the bottles. It makes the first visit far more useful.
- It doesn't matter how long it's been. However long you've gone without being seen, you're welcome here.
How it works
What primary care looks like with us.
Book your first visit
In the office or by video, whichever is easier. New patients start with the longer visit so we have time to cover everything.
Tell us the whole story
Your history, your medications, and what's been bothering you. Please bring up the thing you almost didn't mention.
Get your plan
Labs if you need them, prescriptions sent to your pharmacy, and a clear explanation of what we're doing and why.
Keep it current
Follow-ups keep your plan current, and most people find a rhythm that fits their health and their calendar.
Is this right for you
Who we're usually a good fit for.
Worth booking if you
- Want a provider who knows your history

- Haven't been seen in years and want to get back on track
- Want to catch things early rather than later
- Want one practice for the whole family, kids included

Concierge membership
One monthly fee. Come in as often as you need.
Paying as you go, your first visit is $160, follow-ups are $98, and sick visits are $110. The membership replaces all of that with $125 a month for one adult, or $250 for a family of four. If you're in often, or you'd rather have one predictable number than count visits, this is the simpler way to do it.
Individual
$125 per month
For one adult who wants their provider close by.
- Primary care visits, as many as you need
- Sick visits, as many as you need
- In the office or by video, your call each time
- Your prescriptions managed and refilled
Family of four
$250 per month
For families who would rather not think about cost every time someone gets sick.
- Everything in the individual plan
- Covers up to four people in your family
- Kids and adults both
- One fee, however the year goes
The membership isn't insurance. It's a direct agreement between you and Luma Family Health that you sign when you enroll, and membership visits aren't billed to insurance. Medications and labs are billed separately, and weight loss, hormone therapy, and vitamin injections are priced on their own.

Ready when you are
Let's take the next step together.
Book your first visit at our Port St. Lucie office, or by video from anywhere in Florida.
Good to know
Questions, answered.
What happens at the first visit?
It's the longest visit you'll have with us. We go through your history, your medications, your family history, and whatever brought you in, then build a plan together. If you need labs, we order them that day and go over the results with you at your follow-up.
Can I do my visits by video?
Most of them, yes. Follow-ups, medication check-ins, and plenty of new concerns work fine by video anywhere in Florida. Physical exams and anything we need hands on happen at our Port St. Lucie office, and we'll tell you when that's the case.
Do you accept insurance?
Yes, for primary care and sick visits. Call or text 561-277-0936 with your plan details and we'll check your coverage before you book. If you're not using insurance, the prices on this page are what you pay.
What does primary care cost without insurance?
Your first visit is $160 and follow-ups are $98. Labs are billed separately by the lab. If you're in often, the membership covers your visits for $125 a month, or $250 for a family of four.
Do you see kids?
Yes, kids and adults both. The family membership covers up to four people, which is why a lot of families end up on it.
How do labs work?
When you need labs, we order them and tell you where to go. The lab bills you for those directly, and we go through the results with you at your follow-up rather than leaving you to read them alone.
Can you handle my prescriptions?
Yes. Reviewing and refilling your medications is part of ongoing care, and we send everything to whatever pharmacy you already use.
What if I need a specialist?
We'll get you to the right one and stay in the loop. Primary care is supposed to be your home base, not a dead end.
Can you do my pre-op clearance before surgery?
Yes. Bring whatever your surgeon sent over, or the name of their office, and we'll do the exam and order the labs or EKG they're asking for. Try to book a couple of weeks before your surgery date so results have time to come back and get sent.
I was in a car accident. Can you see me?
Yes, and please don't wait. Florida's PIP rules generally give you 14 days from the accident to get care and stay eligible for your medical benefits. We'll examine you, order imaging if it's needed, start treatment, and keep clear notes for whoever is handling your claim. If your injuries call for it, we can also do an Emergency Medical Condition (EMC) evaluation, which affects how much of your PIP benefit is available. That one is a clinical determination, so it depends on what we find. Please call 911 or go to an emergency room instead if you hit your head, can't move normally, or the pain is severe.
What if I need to cancel?
Just give us 24 hours when you can. Late cancellations and no-shows may be charged a fee, since that slot could have gone to someone else.
